Ritha received her Notary certification and Education in Medical Billing and Coding at Virginia College. In 2001 she started a career with H&R block where she began to take classes for preparing basic tax returns as well as for S Corporations.  Ritha stayed with H&R Block for numerous years and eventually became office manager.
